Meet Justin Cady, CSMTT

I’m Justin Cady, the founder and owner of Paveman Coatings. At Paveman Coatings, we specialize in concrete restoration and decorative overlays as well as residential and commercial floor coatings.

With a prior background in the automotive and diesel industry, I know how important it is to have the job done correctly the first time. At Paveman Coatings, we pride ourselves on taking the extra time to focus on you and the finer details of your project. We make sure you get the look you want at the best possible value.

Justin’s introduction into the coatings industry was back in 2011 when he helped out a friend with a resurface and coating project for a church in Wells, MN.

Justin started working in the coatings and overlay industry full time in 2014 as a Coatings and Overlay Foreman, eventually working his way up to manager of the overlay division in 2015. He started Paveman Designs in 2016 after falling in love with the artistic potential and endless possibilities of the overlay and coating industry. His main focus is creating detailed, durable, beautiful, low maintenance floors that you will enjoy for a lifetime.

  I had paveman pour a 11x17 concrete pad for a shed. They were fast showed up on time and communicated very well. This was a big plus since I was out of town during the pour. Once the shed had arrived and placed I called paveman back to level the shed and to apply there coatings on the shed floor. The crew for the floor job was fantastic, friendly and easy to work with.
