I’m Justin Cady, the founder and owner of Paveman Designs.
At Paveman Designs, we specialize in concrete restoration and decorative overlays as well as residential, commercial, and industrial floor coatings.
With a prior background in the automotive and diesel industry, I know how important it is to have the job done correctly the first time. Justin’s introduction into the coatings industry was back in 2011 when he helped out a friend with a resurface and coating project for a church in Wells, MN.
Justin started working in the coatings and overlay industry full time in 2014 as a Coatings and Overlay Foreman, eventually working his way up to manager of the overlay division in 2015. He started Paveman Designs in 2016 after falling in love with the artistic potential and endless possibilities of the overlay and coating industry. His main focus is creating detailed, durable, beautiful, low maintenance floors that you will enjoy for a lifetime.
